Named for Howlin' Wolf's classic blues tune, "Killing Floor," K-Floor is the Mid-Atlantic region's hottest band. A talented quartet with a unique vision and unstoppable youthful energy, and their ability to blend authentic blues, earthy grooves, and powerful songwriting is making K-Floor an enormously popular live act, in demand at clubs and festivals throughout the East Coast area and beyond.

K-Floor was titled "Best Band in Philadelphia" in 2000 having won a city-wide competition as part of a Lucky Strike/Freshtracks sponsored contest. Similarly, they were named "Best Original Band" at the Abilene Music Awards at which time Nick and Justin also won "Best Guitarist" and "Best Keyboardist."

This is just the beginning for K-Floor. The band's popularity carried them into new markets after live performances at some of Philadelphia’s highest profile shows including the "Y-100 Feztival" and "Jam on the River", as well as, television appearances on Fox's Good Day Philadelphia and Philly UPN 57. Recently, while showcasing at Austin’s "South by Southwest" conference, K-Floor was interviewed by former MTV VJ Matt Pinnfield to be aired on "Farmclub.com," a nationally syndicated music television show on the USA network.
